Keep leads moving.
Set up GoHighLevel around how your business actually sells and serves customers.
- Websites, forms and booking calendars
- Pipelines, contact fields and segmentation
- Follow-up, onboarding and delivery workflows
I help growing teams connect their CRM, workflows and everyday tools—so leads get followed up, tasks move forward, and people know what happens next.
One clear process across the tools your team uses.
Start with a real operational problem. Build a system your team can understand, use and maintain.
Set up GoHighLevel around how your business actually sells and serves customers.
Connect repeatable tasks and reduce the copying, chasing and checking between tools.
Use AI where it supports a defined task, with human review where judgment matters.
Examples from my own businesses and practical implementation work. Each system connects the customer experience with the operations behind it.
A GoHighLevel storefront for editable cleaning business systems and a Philippine SME payroll application. The complete journey connects product selection, Saligpay checkout, CRM records and product-specific delivery.
One storefront. Different fulfillment paths for downloadable kits and an application license.
Customers compare kits, review the product, and choose the package that fits their business.
Automated payment processing confirms the transaction and connects it to the order.
Contact and order records route the customer into the matching delivery and follow-up workflow.
Customer-facing pages: the product catalog introduces the kits and compares what is included. Product detail pages explain the contents, use case and license. Cart and checkout collect the order and customer details, with Saligpay handling automated payment. The confirmation page and email guide the buyer to the next step.
Behind the storefront: GoHighLevel organizes customer and order records. Verified payment triggers the appropriate workflow. Cleaning kit buyers receive the correct digital package; Payroll buyers follow company setup and license provisioning. Product-specific messages keep delivery instructions and follow-up relevant to what was purchased.
My role: store structure, product presentation, checkout journey, CRM routing and fulfillment workflow design—bringing the sales and operational sides into one connected system.
A company-based payroll application that organizes computation, payslips and records, with a setup and licensing process built around Philippine SME operations.
Forms, contact records, pipeline stages and follow-up workflows organized around inquiry, qualification, booking and delivery.
A registration and QR check-in workflow designed for an event expecting around 800 participants, with clearer attendee records and on-site handoffs.
Map the current process, bottlenecks and tools. Agree on what the system needs to do.
Set up the core structure and connect the forms, records and workflows.
Walk through real scenarios, check handoffs, and resolve issues before launch.
Document how it works and help your team maintain it. Agree on support separately.
My background is in operations and business development. I know what it is like to manage customers, staff, records and daily work while trying to keep a business moving.
That experience shapes how I build: start with the business need, make the process clear, and use technology to support it. The goal is a practical system that helps the team do its work.
I work with international businesses on defined implementation projects and part-time engagements, including teams in the US, Canada and Australia.
Connect on LinkedInTell me about your current process and the outcome you need. I’ll review the details and reply about fit, scope and the next step.
Useful starting points: missed follow-ups, messy handoffs, repetitive admin, scattered records, or a CRM that needs structure.
